“The opposite of courage is not lack of courage, it is conformity”.

A great teacher is one who has the ability to influence people, as a teacher you must be competent to deliver responsibility. Teachers must be able to provide relevant information suitable for our time and as teachers we have unlimited capacity to invest in others.

There are four kinds of leaders;

• Personal leader
• One on one leader
• Team leader
• Organization leader

We must carefully choose the kind of leaders we want to be and focus on our student, the learning environment and our society.

“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn”.

Finally, let us not forget that as teachers we have unlimited capacity to invest in others and also have it in our hearts that what we do every day in our classroom is our history, what we set in motion is our legacy.

To teach change we must be change!
